Thank you for playing Ant Empire: Merge. This game is developed by an independent developer. This policy explains what information is processed when you play, why, and the choices you have.

1. We do not collect your personal information ourselves

• The game has no account system and never asks for your name, phone number, email, or any other personal identity information.
• Game progress (board, resources, era, unlocked discoveries, settings) is stored only on your own device and is never uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
• The game contains no in-app purchases and does not process any payment information.
• The game does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or any other sensitive permission.

2. Third-party advertising (Google AdMob)

This game uses Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to show rewarded video ads. Ads appear only when your colony has died out and you voluntarily choose to watch one to revive it. When serving ads, Google may automatically collect and process:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• IP address (which may be used to infer approximate location, such as country/city)

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, completion of ad views)

3. Your choices

• Watching ads is always optional — the whole game can be played without watching a single ad. An ad plays only when you tap "Watch an ad to revive".
• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android system settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads (path may vary by device).
• You can opt out of personalized ads in system settings; you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
• EEA / UK users: on first launch the game asks for your consent to personalized advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can reopen that form at any time from "Settings → Ads & privacy settings" inside the game to change or withdraw your choice.
• Delete local data by uninstalling the game.

4. Children's privacy

This game is intended for players aged 13 and above. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad requests are configured as non-child-directed, with the maximum ad content rating set to G (suitable for general audiences). 5. Data security
